The point to all of this, initiated when given the discussion about the teenage brain, and how it is the mot important phase in its growing process, making it detect maturity and efficiency.
Given this information, I knew there was something I had to do or adjust in my lifestyle; this is why I decided to come up with some type of "routine" involving certain habits that would build a healthy pattern in my everyday life. Doing so, my brain will be able to grow and develop in a brighter manner, not only reflecting upon my schoolwork, but in my personal life as well. Certain habits that would surely make an impact is exercise. Due to the fact that this is something I never practice, it will be a great oppurtunity to finally start. Not necessarily learning a sport, but just by jogging or hitting the gym twice a week, it will definitely boost up my memory and ability to process information with more speed. |
These new healthy habits I have recently applied, have caused a leap of improvement, involving self-motivation when reaching something I truly want.
