For over a year now, I have attented KO (Knock Out) classes. These classes consists on a series of mixed martial arts and areobics. I currently assist these classes 2 times a week for about an hour and a half per session; it is a purpsoeful activity that has allowed me to stay fit and have a healthy mentality all throughout the year. I look forward in completing the rest of the session I have left due to the strong and positive impact it has had in my life.
