To succeed in a business start-up we must ask: First who, then what. Where the initial step before delving further into the project is making sure you have employees capable of productivity and efficiency. Once this is taken care of, the business is well equipped to move forward.
Looking back at the various projects I have completed over the years in the IA, I must admit my lack of initiative when taking on specific tasks, this year however, I am looking forward in leaving those fears behind and making the best out of this final project. This change in discipline may be hard at first, but by dealing with it sooner than later I am confident in succeeding.
